Founded by Rachel Brosnahan, Scrap Paper Pictures is a production company that develops and produces film, television, theater, and audio projects across genres. Our company centers and celebrates bold and dynamic artists both behind and in front of the camera. We invite audiences to come together around character driven stories that push at the boundaries of the worlds we recognize on screen.

Rachel Brosnahan
President and Founder
Rachel is an Emmy, Golden Globe, Critic’s Choice and SAG Award winning actress and producer who is recognized for her work across film, television and theater. She starred as Miriam “Midge” Maisel in Amazon Prime’s critically acclaimed series “The Marvelous Mrs Maisel” and Rachel Posner on Netflix’s groundbreaking “House of Cards”, for which she earned her first of six Emmy nominations. She will star as the iconic Lois Lane in James Gunn’s Superman set to release worldwide July 11, 2025. She also stars opposite Rami Malek in the 20th Century feature The Amateur, set to release worldwide April 11, 2025 and recently wrapped the feature film Lear Rex opposite Al Pacino and Jessica Chastain.
Last summer, she starred in and co-produced the Tony-nominated Broadway Revival of Lorraine Hansberry's seminal "The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window." opposite Oscar Isaac. The Broadway production followed a sold-out run at BAM.

She founded Scrap Paper Pictures in 2020 and oversees the company’s robust slate of projects across film, television, theater and audio.
Russell Kahn
Director of Development
Russell has been at Scrap Paper Pictures for the last 6 years. Prior to joining the SPP team, Kahn co-founded Voyeur, an independent collective with work honored at Sundance, Tribeca, Palm Springs, and beyond. Kahn started his career at CAA, and has worked at the agency's LA and NYC offices.
Jessie Jennison
Creative Executive
Jessie joined Scrap Paper Pictures in 2022 after independently producing film, theater and live events in New York. She is a proud graduate of Northwestern University.
